I quit coffee about a month ago after having an overdose one morning. I have noticed that I’m nowhere near as hungry as I was before I quit, and I’m losing weight too.
Strange becuase I drank my coffee black so it’s not from a reduction in sugar intake.
What’s more, my moods are more stable and I’m getting more done.
I mentioned this to my partner Debra who replied that she had found the same since she reduced her coffee intake.
